Administration/operations:  We provide a welcoming headquarters for members and guests, and can handle all aspects of association administration and operations.

Board and leadership development:  Board meeting facilitation, board orientations, board communications and cultivation, nominations/elections are just a few of the services we can provide. 

Meetings and special event management: WMR staff have created and implemented successful meetings and special events of all sizes – from board meetings to golf outings; black-tie fund raisers to multi-day conferences and exhibitions.

Project management: We’ve partnered with our association clients to develop special awards, mentoring programs, leadership opportunities, executive education…we enjoy developing new ideas.

Technology and communications: WMR staff and associates can provide web site design/maintenance, e-commerce and e-marketing though our partnership with MemberClicks, or we can work within your existing CRM/AMS. 

Membership and chapter development:  WMR can handle the administration of your association’s membership database and campaigns, and the development and growth of your chapter network.

Association accounting services: We provide comprehensive association accounting services. WMR can also help your organization create a budget that will help you achieve short and long-term financial success.
