Vickers spent ten years in the insurance industry, serving in both broker/producer and claims adjustor positions. Her most recent experience included overseeing the customer service department of a national insurance company, assisting both customers and claims adjustors with questions and workflow issues. Vickers currently handles member reception duties and membership database management for WMR and its client groups. |
